Who we are
Kuwaitis are among the most frequent summer visitors to Turkey, and many of them weigh a home of their own in Trabzon, Sapanca or Yalova against another hotel season. Nobody here lends money or sells homes. What we do is put the financial picture in order: what you can put in yourself, what a bank loan in Kuwait or participation finance in Turkey adds, and what is left after the title deed fees and the dinar-to-lira exchange.
We work from the Netherlands in hours that suit the Gulf and connect you with lawyers, agents and advisers in Turkey who speak Arabic and English. Because nationality is a sensitive matter for Kuwaitis, our guides separate clearly between property-based residence, which does not touch your nationality, and naturalisation, which can.
The first step is free and without obligation: a conversation you leave with a realistic budget and an ordered set of steps.
The team
Our permanent team has 5 people. These three answer your enquiry and look for the specialist who fits your situation.

Specialists and partners
Buying a home abroad takes more than one party. That is why we work with two groups.
10+ specialists
The people who do the hands-on work: mortgage advisers and purchase guidance specialists who know the banks, rules and regions of the country they work in.
15+ partners
The firms and companies we work with on a regular basis, such as estate agents, lawyers, notaries and tax advisers. They take care of their own part of the purchase.
These figures cover our whole network, across all the countries where we are active. The team and the network are still growing.
Property Guidance Network: guidance through the whole purchase
A mortgage is one part of the purchase. If you would also like help with searching, viewing, negotiating and completing, we connect you with a specialist from Property Guidance Network (PGN), our network for purchase guidance.
Every PGN specialist lives and works in the region where you are looking and guides you from the first question to the handover of the keys. If you need finance, that continues to run through us. That way you keep a single point of contact.
What PGN-certified means
PGN assesses every specialist against six standards, when they join and at regular intervals afterwards.
- Local knowledgeDemonstrably works in the region and knows the market and the buying process.
- Local networkEstablished contacts for legal, building, financial and tax questions.
- Easy to reachAlso outside office hours, with an agreed response time.
- Real answersYou get an answer to your question, not a promise to come back to it later.
- Several optionsThe specialist puts several suitable options in front of you. You choose.
- Approved profileWhat is said about a specialist has been checked and approved.
PGN certification is PGN's own quality mark for purchase guidance, not a licence. For regulated advice, such as mortgage advice, we work with advisers who hold the required licence.
