Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the use of TurkeyMortgageKuwait.com and to any initial review or introduction to specialists made through it.
Nature of the service
Turkey Mortgage Kuwait is part of Basterpstra B.V. in the Netherlands. We provide general information, an initial review of your plans and introductions to professionals in Turkey and elsewhere. We are not a bank or a lender, we do not provide financing ourselves, and we are not licensed for financing or estate agency in the State of Kuwait.
Not personal advice
Everything published on this website, including rates, prices, limits and examples, is general indicative information based on public sources at the date of publication. It is not personal financial, legal, tax or Sharia advice, and it is not a binding offer in any way. Rules and figures change, so check the details for your own situation with the appropriate specialist before you commit.
Financing decisions
Every financing or loan is subject to the lender's assessment of income, commitments, the property and its own conditions at that time. We do not guarantee approval, a rate or an amount. Any decision to borrow, in Turkey or in the State of Kuwait, is yours alone and your responsibility.
Introductions to professionals
We may introduce you to lawyers, estate agents, tax advisers, insurers, currency exchange specialists or others. They work independently of us and under their own terms and licences. We are not a party to any contract you enter into with them and we accept no responsibility for their work. We may receive a fee from some partners for the introduction; this does not change what you pay.
Content and intellectual property
The texts, images and design of this website are protected by intellectual property rights. You may read them and share links to them, but you may not copy or republish them for commercial purposes without written permission. Photographs are from Pexels under the Pexels licence.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in preparing the content, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on information on the site or from dealings with a third party we introduced you to.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; otherwise the competent Dutch courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection granted to you as a consumer by the law of the State of Kuwait.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the time you use it applies. Last updated: 16 October 2026.
